Post & Returns

 

All of our products are PRE-ORDER. Please bare in mind when making a purchase the delivery time is estimated 14 days.

 

Every order is sent out using Royal Mail Signed For delivery which is £5.50. We usually allow 1-3 days for delivery once we have sent them out. We can not be made responsible for lost or damaged parcels.

 

Returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the item with all hygiene protective packaging still attached. 

 

Please print, fully complete and include our Returns Form making sure all of your correct information is in the package and clearly state whether you want an exchange or refund.
